CORPORATE CLASSES
Cardio kickboxing combines fast-paced cardio and martial arts moves. This high-energy workout challenges all ability levels, as you work to develop endurance, coordination, and lean muscle. This fun yet challenging class is guaranteed to make you "feel the burn!"

Move through a series of circuits consisting of short yet intense intervals of work, followed by short intervals of rest. This class is designed to keep your heart rate elevated so you can burn calories & work up a healthy satisfying sweat!
DCF IS A HIGH ENERGY, HIGH-INTENSITY FITNESS DANCE MOVES. PREPARE TO WORK ON SOME DANCE COMBOS WITH A LITTLE BIT OF TONING AND HIIT-WORK ADDED TO THE MIX.
This 45-minute indoor cycling class is one-part motivation, one part inspiration. Combined with a one-of-a-kind playlist, this class will take you on a journey of the self-pushing you, encouraging you, and taking you through all the “feels”. We will go through interval drills, climb hills, work on flat road endurance, and provide you with a cardio workout that will leave you breathless. Class will be followed by a 5 min stretch to make sure the heart rate comes down properly and we take care of all the muscle groups we just put to the test.
A class designed to help build muscular endurance and strength by engaging all the major muscle groups in the body. You’ll you keep your body guessing by engaging in a variety of strength work, including high rep ranges, increased and decreased time under tension, and various timed challenges throughout class. You can expect to perform exercises like push ups, squats, lunges, planks, and more! By building strength, you will also work to improve stability and balance, and increase your metabolic threshold.
A class focused on engaging your core in order to improve posture and balance. This class will include exercises that target the muscles surrounding the hips, pelvis, lower back, and abdomen. Help to restore your core in order to reduce your risk of injury and improve overall stability!
This mat-based pilates class targets all the muscles in your body as you work to stretch, strengthen, and improve control and stability throughout your body.
Barre class is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body and improving agility and flexibility.
This stretching class helps you release muscle tension and focus on your breathing in order to relax your body and the calm central nervous system. In this 30-minute class, you will hold a series of stretches in order to reduce tightness, reduce chronic pain, and feel better at the start or end of your busy workday!
Stretching & Mobility. Guiding you through a series of seated stretches and movements that help support you and your body so you can have the most productive day possible! Participants can perform all stretches and movements while seated in a chair, or sitting on the floor.
